Order Cancellation Policyঅর্ডার বাতিলকরণ নীতিমালা

A customer may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official customer service channels, such as:
  • WhatsApp
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Phone call
  • Live Chat, or
  • Other channels listed on our website.
• When requesting a cancellation, the customer must provide the Order Number, customer name and registered phone number.
• If a cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch, the order will be cancelled without any cancellation charge.

অর্ডারটি ডিসপ্যাচ হওয়ার আগে গ্রাহক অর্ডার বাতিলের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।

• বাতিলের অনুরোধ আমাদের অফিশিয়াল কাস্টমার সার্ভিস চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে জানাতে হবে, যেমন:
  • WhatsApp
  • Facebook Messenger
  • ফোন কল
  • Live Chat অথবা
  • আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লিখিত অন্যান্য চ্যানেল।
• বাতিলের অনুরোধ করার সময় গ্রাহককে Order Number, গ্রাহকের নাম এবং নিবন্ধিত ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করতে হবে।
• ডিসপ্যাচের আগে বাতিলের অনুরোধ গৃহীত ও অনুমোদিত হলে, কোনো বাতিলকরণ চার্জ ছাড়াই অর্ডারটি বাতিল করা হবে।

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery service or courier, it may no longer be possible to cancel it through our regular cancellation process.

In such cases:

• The customer may refuse to accept the parcel, subject to the applicable delivery or return terms.
• Where permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the order, applicable delivery, return or other reasonable charges may be deducted.
• Any refund, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

অর্ডারটি ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস বা কুরিয়ারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হলে, আমাদের নিয়মিত বাতিলকরণ প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে অর্ডারটি বাতিল করা আর সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

এমন ক্ষেত্রে:

• প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি বা রিটার্ন শর্তাবলি সাপেক্ষে গ্রাহক পার্সেলটি গ্রহণে অসম্মতি জানাতে পারেন।
• প্রযোজ্য আইন এবং অর্ডারের পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী অনুমোদিত ক্ষেত্রে, প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি, রিটার্ন বা অন্যান্য যুক্তিসংগত চার্জ কেটে রাখা হতে পারে।
• প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে যেকোনো রিফান্ড আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

Orders generally cannot be cancelled after successful delivery and acceptance of the products.

However, if the customer receives a product that is:

• incorrect or defective;
• damaged during delivery; or
• less than the quantity ordered,

the customer may request a return, replacement or refund in accordance with our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার এবং পণ্য গ্রহণের পর সাধারণত অর্ডার বাতিল করা যায় না।

তবে গ্রাহক যদি এমন পণ্য পান, যা:

• ভুল অথবা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ;
• ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত; অথবা
• অর্ডার করা পরিমাণের চেয়ে কম,

তাহলে গ্রাহক আমাদের রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী রিটার্ন/রিপ্লেসমেন্ট/রিফান্ডের দাবি জানাতে পারবেন।

Natural Crops Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, in circumstances including (but not limited to) the following:

• the product is unavailable or out of stock;
• the price or product information was displayed incorrectly due to an evident technical or system error;
• delivery to the address provided by the customer is not possible;
• the information provided by the customer is incomplete, incorrect or unverifiable;
• in cases of suspected fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised transactions; or
• any circumstance beyond our reasonable control that prevents the order from being fulfilled.

If Natural Crops Ltd. cancels an order after payment has been received, the eligible amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order will be returned through the applicable refund method, subject to the processing procedures of the relevant payment service provider.

নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিসহ (তবে এগুলোর মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়) Natural Crops Ltd. কোনো অর্ডার সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিকভাবে বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে:

• পণ্যটি অপ্রাপ্য বা স্টকে না থাকলে;
• সুস্পষ্ট কোনো প্রযুক্তিগত বা সিস্টেম ত্রুটির কারণে পণ্যের মূল্য বা তথ্য ভুলভাবে প্রকাশিত হলে;
• গ্রাহকের প্রদত্ত ঠিকানায় ডেলিভারি দেওয়া সম্ভব না হলে;
• গ্রাহকের প্রদত্ত তথ্য অসম্পূর্ণ, ভুল বা যাচাই-অযোগ্য হলে;
• সন্দেহজনক প্রতারণামূলক, অপব্যবহারমূলক বা অননুমোদিত লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে; অথবা
• আমাদের যুক্তিসংগত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের এমন কোনো পরিস্থিতিতে, যা অর্ডারটি সম্পন্ন করতে বাধা সৃষ্টি করে।

পেমেন্ট গ্রহণের পর Natural Crops Ltd. কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করলে, অর্ডারের বাতিলকৃত অংশের জন্য পরিশোধিত যোগ্য অর্থ সংশ্লিষ্ট পেমেন্ট সেবা প্রদানকারীর প্রক্রিয়া সাপেক্ষে প্রযোজ্য রিফান্ড মাধ্যমে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

If an order contains multiple products, the customer may request cancellation of one or more products before dispatch, where operationally possible.

If approved:

• the cancelled product(s) will be removed from the order; and
• where applicable, the eligible amount for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded or adjusted against the amount payable.

Partial cancellation may not be possible once the order has already been dispatched; in such cases, the applicable Return, Replacement & Refund Policy will apply.

কোনো অর্ডারে একাধিক পণ্য থাকলে, কার্যক্রমগতভাবে সম্ভব হলে গ্রাহক ডিসপ্যাচের আগে এক বা একাধিক পণ্য বাতিলের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।

অনুমোদিত হলে:

• বাতিলকৃত পণ্য/পণ্যগুলো অর্ডার থেকে বাদ দেওয়া হবে; এবং
• প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে বাতিলকৃত পণ্য/পণ্যগুলোর যোগ্য অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে অথবা পরিশোধযোগ্য অর্থের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা হবে।

অর্ডারটি ইতোমধ্যে ডিসপ্যাচ হয়ে গেলে আংশিক বাতিল সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে; সেক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য রিটার্ন/রিপ্লেসমেন্ট/রিফান্ড নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য হবে।

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

• full name;
• mobile number;
• complete delivery address; and
• any other information reasonably required for delivery.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect, incomplete or unverifiable information provided by the customer, Natural Crops Ltd. may cancel the order or treat it as a failed delivery attempt. Applicable delivery or return charges may be imposed where permitted by applicable law.

সঠিক ডেলিভারি তথ্য প্রদানের দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে:

• পূর্ণ নাম;
• মোবাইল নম্বর;
• সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা; এবং
• ডেলিভারির জন্য যুক্তিসংগতভাবে প্রয়োজনীয় অন্য যেকোনো তথ্য।

গ্রাহকের দেওয়া ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণ বা যাচাই-অযোগ্য তথ্যের কারণে কোনো অর্ডার ডেলিভারি করা সম্ভব না হলে, Natural Crops Ltd. অর্ডারটি বাতিল করতে পারে অথবা এটিকে একটি ব্যর্থ ডেলিভারি প্রচেষ্টা হিসেবে গণ্য করতে পারে। প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী অনুমোদিত ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি বা রিটার্ন চার্জ আরোপ করা হতে পারে।
