If you need a refund for any product, our team is always ready to make the process simple and hassle-free.
আমাদের কাছে বিষয়টি শুধু পণ্য বিক্রির মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়—আপনার আস্থা ও সন্তুষ্টিই আমাদের কাছে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য ফেরত (Refund) প্রয়োজন হলে, প্রক্রিয়াটি সহজ ও ঝামেলামুক্তভাবে সম্পন্ন করতে আমাদের টিম সর্বদা প্রস্তুত।
Refund Eligibilityরিফান্ডের যোগ্যতা
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product or a defective product.
- You received less than the quantity you ordered.
- The product has a verified quality issue and the same product is not in stock for a replacement.
- A refund is approved by our Customer Service Team in any other case.
All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে আপনি রিফান্ড পাওয়ার জন্য যোগ্য হতে পারেন:
- আপনি ভুল পণ্য অথবা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পেয়েছেন।
- আপনি অর্ডার করা পরিমাণের চেয়ে কম পণ্য পেয়েছেন।
- পণ্যে যাচাইকৃত মানগত সমস্যা রয়েছে এবং Replacement-এর জন্য একই পণ্য স্টকে নেই।
- আমাদের Customer Service Team-এর অনুমোদনক্রমে অন্য কোনো ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হলে।
অর্ডার গ্রহণের ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সকল রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ জানাতে হবে।
Easy Refund Processসহজ রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
- If possible, record photos/video while opening the package.
- Take photos or a video that clearly show the product and the issue.
- Contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Live Chat or a phone call.
- Share your Order ID. Our team will review your complaint and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
- সম্ভব হলে প্যাকেজ খোলার সময় ছবি/ভিডিও ধারণ করুন।
- পণ্য ও সমস্যাটি স্পষ্টভাবে দেখা যায়—এমন ছবি বা ভিডিও নিন।
- WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Live Chat অথবা ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
- আপনার Order ID শেয়ার করুন। আমাদের টিম আপনার অভিযোগ যাচাই করে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব উপযুক্ত সমাধান প্রদান করবে।
Refund Methodsরিফান্ড প্রদানের মাধ্যম
Once a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the same method used for the original payment.
রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে, যে মাধ্যমে মূল পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছে, সাধারণত সেই একই মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via mobile banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD) অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড মোবাইল ব্যাংকিংয়ের মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে।
Timelineসময়সীমা
- Mobile Banking: 2 business days
- Card: 5–10 business days
- মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং: ২ কার্যদিবস
- কার্ড: ৫–১০ কার্যদিবস
However, this timeline may vary depending on the processing time of the payment service provider or the relevant financial institution.
তবে পেমেন্ট সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার বা সংশ্লিষ্ট আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রক্রিয়াকরণ সময়ের ওপর নির্ভর করে এই সময়সীমা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
Partial Refundsআংশিক রিফান্ড
In the case of a partial return, only the value of the returned product(s) will be refunded.
আংশিক পণ্য ফেরতের ক্ষেত্রে শুধুমাত্র ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্য/পণ্যগুলোর মূল্য রিফান্ড করা হবে।
No Hidden Chargesকোনো গোপন চার্জ নেই
For products eligible for a refund, the customer will receive the full refundable value of that product without any additional charge, provided the product has not been damaged by the customer and no part of it has been lost or removed.
রিফান্ডের জন্য যোগ্য পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহক সেই পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ডযোগ্য মূল্য কোনো অতিরিক্ত চার্জ ছাড়াই পাবেন, যদি গ্রাহকের কারণে পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত না হয়ে থাকে এবং পণ্যের কোনো অংশ হারিয়ে না যায় বা অপসারণ করা না হয়ে থাকে।
