1. Eligibility and Acceptance১. যোগ্যতা ও গ্রহণযোগ্যতা (Eligibility and Acceptance)

1.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using the Platform or placing an order.

১.১ Platform ব্যবহার বা Order করার সময় আপনাকে সঠিক, সম্পূর্ণ এবং হালনাগাদ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

1.2 By placing an order, you make a request to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms and Natural Crops’ acceptance of the order.

১.২ কোনো Order প্রদান করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নির্বাচিত পণ্য ক্রয়ের জন্য একটি অনুরোধ করছেন, যা এই শর্তাবলি এবং Natural Crops-এর Order গ্রহণের সাপেক্ষে কার্যকর হবে।

1.3 An order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance unless expressly confirmed by Natural Crops.

১.৩ কোনো Order-এর acknowledgement বা প্রাথমিক নিশ্চিতকরণকে চূড়ান্ত Order Acceptance হিসেবে গণ্য করা হবে না, যদি না Natural Crops স্পষ্টভাবে তা নিশ্চিত করে।

1.4 Natural Crops may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for product unavailability, material pricing or technical errors, incorrect information, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or other legitimate reasons.

১.৪ পণ্য অপ্রাপ্য থাকা, মূল্য বা প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি, ভুল তথ্য, সন্দেহজনক প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম, Delivery সীমাবদ্ধতা বা অন্যান্য বৈধ কারণে Natural Crops প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কোনো Order গ্রহণ, প্রত্যাখ্যান, সীমিত বা বাতিল করতে পারে।

2. Product Information২. পণ্য সম্পর্কিত তথ্য (Product Information)

2.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, quantities, prices, packaging information, and other product information are accurate.

২.১ আমরা পণ্যের বিবরণ, ছবি, উপাদান, পরিমাণ, মূল্য, Packaging Information এবং অন্যান্য পণ্য-সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সঠিক রাখার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রচেষ্টা করি।

2.2 Natural and agricultural products may have reasonable variations in colour, aroma, taste, texture, appearance, or packaging between batches.

২.২ প্রাকৃতিক ও কৃষিজাত পণ্যের বিভিন্ন Batch-এর মধ্যে রং, ঘ্রাণ, স্বাদ, গঠন, চেহারা বা Packaging-এ স্বাভাবিক ও যুক্তিসঙ্গত পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।

2.3 Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the physical product or packaging.

২.৩ Product Images শুধুমাত্র প্রদর্শনমূলক উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং প্রকৃত পণ্য বা Packaging-এর সঙ্গে সম্পূর্ণরূপে একই নাও হতে পারে।

2.4 Customers should review product information, ingredients, quantity, storage instructions, and usage instructions before purchase.

২.৪ Purchase করার আগে গ্রাহকের পণ্যের বিবরণ, উপাদান, পরিমাণ, সংরক্ষণ নির্দেশনা এবং ব্যবহারবিধি পর্যালোচনা করা উচিত।

3. Food and Natural Products৩. খাদ্য ও প্রাকৃতিক পণ্য (Food and Natural Products)

3.1 Customers are responsible for following applicable storage, handling, preparation, and usage instructions.

৩.১ পণ্যের প্রযোজ্য সংরক্ষণ, পরিচালনা, প্রস্তুতি এবং ব্যবহারবিধি অনুসরণ করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

3.2 Products should be stored properly and protected from moisture, contamination, excessive heat, and direct sunlight.

৩.২ পণ্য যথাযথভাবে সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে এবং আর্দ্রতা, দূষণ, অতিরিক্ত তাপ ও সরাসরি সূর্যালোক থেকে সুরক্ষিত রাখতে হবে।

3.3 Customers should not consume a product if it appears seriously damaged, contaminated, tampered with, or expired and should contact Natural Crops promptly.

৩.৩ কোনো পণ্য গুরুতরভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, দূষিত, খোলা/টেম্পারড বা মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ মনে হলে গ্রাহকের সেটি গ্রহণ বা ব্যবহার না করে দ্রুত Natural Crops-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা উচিত।

3.4 Customers with specific allergy, dietary, medical, or health concerns should review product information and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

৩.৪ কোনো গ্রাহকের নির্দিষ্ট Allergy, Dietary Restriction, Medical বা Health Concern থাকলে Purchase-এর আগে পণ্যের তথ্য পর্যালোচনা করা এবং প্রয়োজনে উপযুক্ত পেশাদারের পরামর্শ নেওয়া গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

4. Prices and Availability৪. মূল্য ও পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা (Prices and Availability)

4.1 Prices and availability may change from time to time.

৪.১ পণ্যের মূল্য এবং প্রাপ্যতা সময়ে সময়ে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

4.2 We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing and availability information, but technical, typographical, system, or human errors may occur.

৪.২ আমরা মূল্য ও পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার তথ্য সঠিক রাখার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রচেষ্টা করি। তবে প্রযুক্তিগত, টাইপিং, System বা মানবিক ভুল অনিচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ঘটতে পারে।

4.3 If a material pricing or listing error is identified, Natural Crops may contact the customer and, where reasonably necessary, cancel the affected order.

৪.৩ কোনো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ Pricing বা Listing Error শনাক্ত হলে Natural Crops গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সংশ্লিষ্ট Order বাতিল করতে পারে।

5. Orders৫. অর্ডার (Orders)

5.1 Orders may be placed through Natural Crops’ official ordering channels.

৫.১ Natural Crops-এর অনুমোদিত Official Ordering Channel-এর মাধ্যমে Order প্রদান করা যাবে।

5.2 Natural Crops may contact customers to verify order, delivery, or payment information.

৫.২ Order, Delivery অথবা Payment-এর তথ্য যাচাই করার জন্য Natural Crops গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে।

5.3 An order becomes confirmed only when Natural Crops accepts or confirms it through an applicable official channel.

৫.৩ Natural Crops কর্তৃক কোনো Official Channel-এর মাধ্যমে Order গ্রহণ বা নিশ্চিত করার পর Order-টি Confirmed হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

5.4 Orders may be cancelled or rejected for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, failed payment verification, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or material system/pricing errors.

৫.৪ পণ্য অপ্রাপ্য থাকা, Payment Verification ব্যর্থ হওয়া, ভুল তথ্য, সন্দেহজনক Fraudulent Activity অথবা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ System/Pricing Error-এর মতো বৈধ কারণে কোনো Order বাতিল বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করা হতে পারে।

6. Payment৬. পেমেন্ট (Payment)

6.1 Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, and other approved payment methods made available by Natural Crops.

৬.১ Natural Crops কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত Payment Method-এর মধ্যে Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard এবং অন্যান্য অনুমোদিত Payment Method থাকতে পারে।

6.2 Advance-payment orders may require successful payment verification before processing.

৬.২ Advance Payment-এর ক্ষেত্রে Order Processing-এর আগে Payment সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন ও যাচাই করা প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

6.3 Refunds for prepaid orders will normally be processed through the applicable original payment method or another lawful/mutually agreed method where appropriate.

৬.৩ Prepaid Order-এর Refund সাধারণত প্রযোজ্য Original Payment Method-এর মাধ্যমে অথবা প্রযোজ্য আইনসম্মত/পারস্পরিকভাবে সম্মত অন্য কোনো পদ্ধতিতে করা হবে।

6.4 COD orders are payable according to the applicable COD terms at delivery.

৬.৪ COD Order-এর ক্ষেত্রে Delivery-এর সময় প্রযোজ্য Order Amount ও অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য Charge পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

7. Shipping and Delivery৭. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি (Shipping and Delivery)

7.1 Natural Crops provides delivery across Bangladesh, subject to courier service availability and coverage.

৭.১ Natural Crops কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের প্রাপ্যতা ও Coverage-এর সাপেক্ষে বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন এলাকায় Delivery প্রদান করে।

7.2 Standard order processing normally takes 1–2 business days.

৭.২ সাধারণ Order Processing-এর জন্য সাধারণত ১–২ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগে।

7.3 Estimated delivery is normally:

Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days

ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১–২ কর্মদিবস

Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days

Remote or hard-to-reach areas: additional time may be required.

দূরবর্তী বা দুর্গম এলাকায়: অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

7.4 Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier operations, weather, traffic, public holidays, transportation disruptions, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

৭.৪ Delivery-এর আনুমানিক সময় Guaranteed নয় এবং Courier Operations, আবহাওয়া, যানজট, সরকারি ছুটি, পরিবহন বিঘ্ন, Supply সমস্যা বা আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা অন্যান্য কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

7.5 Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and active contact number.

৭.৫ সঠিক Delivery Address এবং সক্রিয় Contact Number প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

7.6 For detailed delivery terms, please refer to the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

৭.৬ Delivery সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত শর্তের জন্য আমাদের Shipping & Delivery Policy দেখুন।

8. Cancellation৮. অর্ডার বাতিল (Cancellation)

8.1 Customers may request cancellation before dispatch, subject to the Order Cancellation Policy.

৮.১ গ্রাহক Order Dispatch হওয়ার আগে Order Cancellation Policy অনুযায়ী Cancellation-এর অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন।

8.2 Once an order has been handed over to the courier or dispatched, ordinary cancellation may no longer be available.

৮.২ কোনো Order Courier-এর কাছে হস্তান্তর বা Dispatch হয়ে গেলে সাধারণ Cancellation-এর সুযোগ নাও থাকতে পারে।

8.3 A cancellation request becomes effective only after Natural Crops confirms the cancellation.

৮.৩ Natural Crops Cancellation নিশ্চিত করার পরই Cancellation Request কার্যকর বলে গণ্য হবে।

8.4 Where an eligible cancellation refund is approved, it will be processed according to the applicable Refund Policy and payment method.

৮.৪ কোনো Eligible Cancellation-এর Refund অনুমোদিত হলে তা প্রযোজ্য Refund Policy এবং Payment Method অনুযায়ী প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

9. Return, Replacement and Refund৯. রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড (Return, Replacement and Refund)

9.1 Customers may be eligible for return, replacement, or refund for eligible issues such as wrong product, defective product, damaged package/product, short quantity, or a verified quality issue.

৯.১ Wrong Product, Defective Product, Damaged Package/Product, Short Quantity অথবা Verified Quality Issue-এর মতো যোগ্য সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহক Return, Replacement অথবা Refund-এর জন্য যোগ্য হতে পারেন।

9.2 Eligible issues should normally be reported within 48 hours of delivery, subject to applicable law.

৯.২ প্রযোজ্য আইন সাপেক্ষে Eligible Issue সাধারণত Delivery-এর ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।

9.3 Customers may be required to provide order information and supporting photographs or videos.

৯.৩ প্রয়োজনে গ্রাহককে Order Information এবং সহায়ক Photograph বা Video প্রদান করতে হতে পারে।

9.4 Natural Crops may conduct reasonable verification before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

৯.৪ Return, Replacement অথবা Refund অনুমোদনের আগে Natural Crops যুক্তিসঙ্গত Verification করতে পারে।

9.5 Where replacement is approved, the replacement process will normally begin after the return is received where applicable, or after required verification is completed.

৯.৫ Replacement অনুমোদিত হলে, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে Returned Product Natural Crops-এর কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর অথবা প্রয়োজনীয় Verification সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর Replacement Process শুরু করা হবে।

9.6 Where replacement is unavailable or a refund is otherwise approved, the refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy.

৯.৬ Replacement-এর জন্য পণ্য Available না থাকলে অথবা অন্য কোনো কারণে Refund অনুমোদিত হলে, আমাদের Refund Policy অনুযায়ী Refund Process করা হবে।

10. Pre-Orders১০. প্রি-অর্ডার (Pre-Orders)

10.1 Selected products may be offered through pre-order when they are not immediately available.

১০.১ কোনো নির্বাচিত পণ্য তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে পাওয়া না গেলে সেই পণ্য Pre-Order-এর মাধ্যমে দেওয়া হতে পারে।

10.2 Pre-order availability and delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production, quality checking, packaging, transportation, supply, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

১০.২ Pre-Order-এর Availability এবং Delivery Date আনুমানিক এবং Production, Quality Checking, Packaging, Transportation, Supply, Weather অথবা আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা অন্যান্য কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

10.3 A pre-order is confirmed only after Natural Crops accepts or officially acknowledges it.

১০.৩ Natural Crops কর্তৃক Order গ্রহণ বা Officially Acknowledge করার পর Pre-Order Confirmed হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

10.4 Pre-order cancellation, payment, delivery, delay, and refund matters are governed by the Pre-Order Policy.

১০.৪ Pre-Order-এর Cancellation, Payment, Delivery, Delay এবং Refund সংক্রান্ত বিষয় আমাদের Pre-Order Policy দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে।

11. Promotions১১. প্রচারণা, ডিসকাউন্ট ও অফার (Promotions)

Promotions, discounts, coupons, bundles, and other offers may be subject to specific conditions, validity periods, stock limitations, and eligibility requirements.

Promotions, Discounts, Coupons, Bundles এবং অন্যান্য Offer নির্দিষ্ট শর্ত, Validity Period, Stock Limitation এবং Eligibility Requirement-এর অধীন হতে পারে।

Natural Crops may withdraw or modify an offer where reasonably necessary or where misuse, fraud, or abuse is suspected.

কোনো Offer-এর অপব্যবহার, Fraud বা Abuse-এর সন্দেহ থাকলে অথবা যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণে প্রয়োজন হলে Natural Crops কোনো Offer প্রত্যাহার বা পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।

12. Customer Responsibilities১২. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব (Customer Responsibilities)

Customers must:

গ্রাহককে:

• provide accurate information;
• use the Platform lawfully;
• provide a correct delivery address and contact number;
• review product information before purchase;
• follow storage and usage instructions;
• use authorized payment methods;
• cooperate with reasonable order verification and delivery procedures; and
• not misuse the Platform, policies, promotions, or services.

• সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে;
• আইনসম্মতভাবে Platform ব্যবহার করতে হবে;
• সঠিক Delivery Address এবং Contact Number দিতে হবে;
• Purchase-এর আগে Product Information পর্যালোচনা করতে হবে;
• Storage ও Usage Instruction অনুসরণ করতে হবে;
• অনুমোদিত Payment Method ব্যবহার করতে হবে;
• Order Verification এবং Delivery Process-এ যুক্তিসঙ্গত সহযোগিতা করতে হবে; এবং
• Platform, Policies, Promotions বা Services-এর অপব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

13. Prohibited Use১৩. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার (Prohibited Use)

Customers must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access, fraud, harassment, malicious activity, data scraping, impersonation, introduction of malware, or any activity that violates applicable law or these Terms.

গ্রাহক Platform-কে বেআইনি উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না এবং অনুমোদন ছাড়া Platform-এ প্রবেশ, Fraud, Harassment, Malicious Activity, Data Scraping, Impersonation, Malware প্রবেশ করানো অথবা প্রযোজ্য আইন বা এই শর্তাবলির লঙ্ঘন করে এমন কোনো কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করতে পারবেন না।

14. Intellectual Property১৪. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)

Unless otherwise stated, the Natural Crops name, logo, trademarks, product names, photographs, graphics, text, videos, designs, layouts, and other Platform content are owned by or licensed to Natural Crops Ltd. or their respective rights holders.

অন্যথায় উল্লেখ না থাকলে Natural Crops-এর নাম, Logo, Trademark, Product Name, Photograph, Graphic, Text, Video, Design, Layout এবং Platform-এর অন্যান্য Content Natural Crops Ltd. অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট Rights Holder-এর মালিকানাধীন বা অনুমোদিত।

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by law.

প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত ক্ষেত্র ব্যতীত যথাযথ অনুমতি ছাড়া এসব Content কপি, পুনরুৎপাদন, পরিবর্তন, বিতরণ বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

15. User Content১৫. গ্রাহকের কনটেন্ট (User Content)

Where customers submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, or other content, they remain responsible for that content and confirm that they have the necessary rights to submit it.

গ্রাহক Review, Photograph, Comment, Testimonial বা অন্য কোনো Content প্রদান করলে সেই Content-এর জন্য গ্রাহক নিজেই দায়ী থাকবেন এবং নিশ্চিত করবেন যে ওই Content জমা দেওয়ার প্রয়োজনীয় অধিকার তার রয়েছে।

Subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy, Natural Crops may use such content for legitimate business, customer service, marketing, or promotional purposes.

প্রযোজ্য আইন এবং আমাদের Privacy Policy সাপেক্ষে Natural Crops বৈধ ব্যবসায়িক, Customer Service, Marketing বা Promotional উদ্দেশ্যে এ ধরনের Content ব্যবহার করতে পারে।

16. Privacy১৬. গোপনীয়তা (Privacy)

Customer information is collected, used, processed, stored, and protected according to our Privacy Policy.

গ্রাহকের তথ্য আমাদের Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার, প্রক্রিয়াকরণ, সংরক্ষণ ও সুরক্ষা করা হয়।

The Privacy Policy governs personal-information matters, while the specific policies govern orders, cancellation, delivery, returns, refunds, and pre-orders.

Privacy Policy ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য-সংক্রান্ত বিষয় নিয়ন্ত্রণ করবে। অন্যদিকে নির্দিষ্ট Policy-সমূহ Order, Cancellation, Delivery, Return, Refund এবং Pre-Order সংক্রান্ত বিষয় নিয়ন্ত্রণ করবে।

17. Third-Party Services১৭. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা (Third-Party Services)

Natural Crops may use third-party payment providers, courier services, technology providers, communication platforms, and other service providers.

Natural Crops তৃতীয় পক্ষের Payment Provider, Courier Service, Technology Provider, Communication Platform এবং অন্যান্য Service Provider ব্যবহার করতে পারে।

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Natural Crops will not be responsible for independent acts or failures of third parties except where required by applicable law.

তৃতীয় পক্ষের Services তাদের নিজস্ব Terms এবং Policies দ্বারা পরিচালিত হতে পারে। প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অন্যথা নির্ধারিত না হলে তৃতীয় পক্ষের স্বাধীন কার্যক্রম বা সেবা-ব্যর্থতার জন্য Natural Crops দায়ী থাকবে না।

18. Disclaimer১৮. দায়মুক্তি (Disclaimer)

Natural Crops makes reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy, security, availability, and functionality of the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

Natural Crops Platform-এর তথ্যের নির্ভুলতা, নিরাপত্তা, Availability এবং কার্যকারিতা বজায় রাখার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রচেষ্টা করে। তবে Platform সবসময় নিরবচ্ছিন্ন, ত্রুটিমুক্ত বা সবসময় Available থাকবে—এমন নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া হয় না।

Product information is not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice unless expressly stated.

পণ্যের তথ্যকে চিকিৎসা, Therapeutic বা Professional Advice হিসেবে গণ্য করা যাবে না, যদি না স্পষ্টভাবে অন্যথা উল্লেখ করা হয়।

19. Limitation of Liability১৯. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা (Limitation of Liability)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Crops shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the Platform or purchase of products.

প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত, Platform ব্যবহার বা পণ্য ক্রয়ের কারণে উদ্ভূত কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক, বিশেষ, ফলস্বরূপ (Consequential) বা পূর্বানুমান করা সম্ভব নয় এমন ক্ষতির জন্য Natural Crops দায়ী থাকবে না।

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, statutory right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

তবে এই শর্তাবলির কোনো কিছুই এমন কোনো Liability, Statutory Right বা Remedy বাদ বা সীমিত করবে না, যা প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী বাদ বা সীমিত করা আইনত সম্ভব নয়।

20. Force Majeure২০. নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা পরিস্থিতি (Force Majeure)

Natural Crops-এর যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা কোনো পরিস্থিতির কারণে কোনো কার্যক্রম বা দায়িত্ব পালনে বিলম্ব বা বাধা সৃষ্টি হলে তা এই শর্তাবলির লঙ্ঘন হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।

Natural Crops will not be considered in breach where performance is delayed or prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic/pandemic, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruption, supply-chain disruption, power or telecommunications failure, or similar events.

এর মধ্যে প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, তীব্র আবহাওয়া, অগ্নিকাণ্ড, Epidemic/Pandemic, যুদ্ধ, নাগরিক অস্থিরতা, সরকারি বিধিনিষেধ, ধর্মঘট, পরিবহন বিঘ্ন, Supply Chain সমস্যা, বিদ্যুৎ বা টেলিযোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা বিঘ্ন এবং অনুরূপ পরিস্থিতি অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে।

21. Suspension or Termination২১. সেবা স্থগিত বা বন্ধ (Suspension or Termination)

Natural Crops may suspend or restrict Platform access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, investigation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of customers and the business.

নিরাপত্তা, Maintenance, Investigation, Fraud Prevention, Legal Compliance অথবা গ্রাহক ও ব্যবসার সুরক্ষার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে প্রয়োজন হলে Natural Crops Platform-এ প্রবেশ স্থগিত বা সীমিত করতে পারে।

22. Changes to These Terms২২. শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন (Changes to These Terms)

Natural Crops may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Natural Crops সময়ে সময়ে এই Terms & Conditions পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করতে পারে।

হালনাগাদ শর্তাবলি সংশোধিত “Last Updated” তারিখসহ প্রকাশ করা হবে।

Continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Updated Terms কার্যকর হওয়ার পর Platform ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে, প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সীমা পর্যন্ত, আপনি সংশোধিত শর্তাবলির সঙ্গে সম্মত হয়েছেন বলে গণ্য হবেন।

23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution২৩. প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

এই শর্তাবলি গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।

Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication with Natural Crops.

কোনো বিরোধ সৃষ্টি হলে প্রথমে Natural Crops-এর সঙ্গে সদিচ্ছার ভিত্তিতে যোগাযোগ ও আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করা হবে।

Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the competent courts of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

আলোচনার মাধ্যমে বিরোধের সমাধান সম্ভব না হলে, প্রযোজ্য Mandatory Consumer Rights বা Remedies সাপেক্ষে, বাংলাদেশের উপযুক্ত আদালতসমূহ সেই বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তির এখতিয়ার রাখবে।

24. Specific Policy Prevails২৪. নির্দিষ্ট Policy-এর প্রাধান্য (Specific Policy Prevails)

Where a specific policy applies to a particular transaction or issue, that specific policy shall apply to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.

কোনো নির্দিষ্ট Transaction বা Issue-এর ক্ষেত্রে কোনো Specific Policy প্রযোজ্য হলে, এই Terms-এর সঙ্গে অসামঞ্জস্যের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ের সীমা পর্যন্ত সেই Specific Policy প্রাধান্য পাবে।

However, no policy shall override any mandatory requirement, right, remedy, or protection available under applicable law.

তবে কোনো Policy-ই প্রযোজ্য আইনের কোনো বাধ্যতামূলক Requirement, Right, Remedy বা Protection বাতিল বা সীমিত করবে না।

25. Severability২৫. পৃথকীকরণযোগ্যতা (Severability)

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

এই Terms-এর কোনো বিধান অবৈধ বা অকার্যকর বলে বিবেচিত হলে, প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সীমা পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য বিধান কার্যকর থাকবে।

26. Entire Agreement২৬. সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি (Entire Agreement)

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Pre-Order Policy, constitute the principal website policy framework of Natural Crops Ltd.
